Vicky Bailey was great to work. Her professionalism was very much appreciated. She has a lot of experience with homes in our market that were currently listed as well as those that had recently sold. She advised us on the appropriate steps we should take to maximize our home's marketability. From what we could do to add to the street appeal of our home, to the most likely listing price to yield the most market interest, she was a valued advisor for us. We would certainly recommend her to others looking for a realtor to either help sell or purchase a home.

Vicky is absolutely amazing!!!! As a first time homebuyer in such a hot + competitive market with rising interest rates (Spring 2022), I was overwhelmed and had a ton of questions. Fortunately, I had Vicky there for me. She taught me everything I needed to know from the beginning and she was always there to assure me. Vicky is extraordinarily kind and was always there to support we when I needed. Whether it was putting together an offer at 8pm, a 7am morning text about a deadline that had to be met, or driving across town during rush hour to show me a place, I knew I could count on her. She is an amazing and knowledgeable resource and I appreciate all her efforts helping me get into my first home!! Her kindness has continued even after we closed, which shows me that she truly cares and I wasn't simply a transaction. I will be sure to always recommend Vicky when I know someone that's house hunting!!!

I had work with multiple realtors in the past, working with Vicky has been a pleasant experience, she is knowledgeable of the market and extremely professional. She even change the batteries of my smoke detector and check up on the painter as we were not in town to keep an eye on things. It was a pleasure working with her.

Vicky was awesome at her job. I was offered a deal with my mortgage company (Better) to have an agent and get a discount. I chose not to as Vicky was so helpful from helping me find temp housing to just being there to listen when I was down here by myself for a while. She also was very helpful in letting me know more about the area and things to watch out for when choosing home/ location. The world is changing and people like Vicky are harder to find. She is very nice and helpful and would recommend her to anyone I know.

We move down from New York. While looking for a place to live we met Vicky at Deer Chase. She was very pleasant & easy to talk to, very informative & professional. As time went on, if we had any questions she responded to our calls in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with her.
